Safety

Our workforce are more than just employees – they’re family, and their safety is a cornerstone of our operating practices. Whether it’s in the field, in the office, or on the road, the health and safety of our employees is always a top priority.

At Full Circle Fiber Partners we are committed to continually driving towards a world-class safety culture throughout the organization, from entry-level to executive-level. By training our employees to identify and mitigate any potential hazards we can ensure that every job is done right, and done safe. To us, safety is more than just a set of rules and procedures – it’s a way of life.

One of our processes to reduce risk and instill safe operating procedures if our S.A.F.E. program. This safety awareness program is designed to assist employees in identifying, assessing, and preventing hazards on the job site, thus mitigating risk before exposure. An effective safety program not only improves morale, but additionally maximizes productivity and provides the company with an operating cost advantage over our competitors.

We consider quality and safety to be synonymous. Safety excellence means doing the job right every time. At Full Circle, we believe that a job cannot be considered “high quality” unless it is completed without a preventable incident. By adhering to S.A.F.E. we can ensure that all of our employees are protected by our commitment to build better networks in a way that guarantees the safety of our employees, partners, and customers.

Incident reduction efforts include:

  • Safety training
  • Injury and incident data analysis and reporting
  • Partnering with insurance carrier loss prevention services
  • Developing best practices
  • Effective communication
  • Annual re-assessment of safety procedures
  • Stop Work Authority
